- Chiesa del Carmine: Dating back to the 1500s, its dome features a depiction of the Last Judgment.
- Chiesa S. Maria degli Angeli: The main church of Contursi Terme, built alongside the first settlement. Damaged during the 1980 earthquake, it was reopened for worship after restoration.
- Chiesa del SS. Bambino: Formerly known as "S. Giovanni alla Porta" because it overlooked one of the ancient town gates.
- Chiesa Madonna delle Grazie: Built during the Renaissance, located in the upper part of the town. It has a Baroque facade, an altar dedicated to St. Philomena (the martyr who saved the population from the 1656 plague), and a miraculous statue of the Madonna.
- Castle: Built in 839 by Count Orso against Norman raids.
- Grotta del Rosario: A rock sculpture depicting a human face guards its entrance. Eneolithic groups likely sought the protection of a tutelary deity or spirit guide. The sculpture and numerous flint tools found suggest the area was inhabited by humans in ancient times.
